From taking my father’s homemade recipes and turning them into something memorable, to creating a wine brand with a personality all its own—this is the story behind Hoochie Girl Wines.
So… Why Wine?
Well, that's a story.
Hoochie Girl Wines didn't start with the idea of simply making another bottle of wine. It started with inspiration from my father’s homemade recipes and the memories that came with them.
Those recipes were about more than ingredients. They were about flavor, creativity, gathering, family, and creating something people would remember.
At some point, I started thinking, “What if I took that same spirit and created something of my own?”
Not just something you drink.
Something you remember.
And that's where Hoochie Girl Wines began.
Why Hoochie Girl?
Because Hoochie Girl isn't about being perfect.
She's confident.
She's playful.
She's bold.
She's feminine.
She's a little fancy when she wants to be—and a whole lot of fun when she doesn't.
She's the woman who can put on heels, sip Bougie Blanc with her pinky tip out, and feel completely at home doing it.
And the next day, she might be in her sweats with a glass of something sweet.
Both can be true.
That's the spirit behind Hoochie Girl Wines.
We're creating wines for different moods, different moments, different personalities, and different palates.
Some are sweet.
Some are bold.
Some are fruity.
Some are inspired by classic wine styles.
And some are simply Hoochie Girl doing what Hoochie Girl does.
We're Not Just Fruit Wine
Now, before you think Hoochie Girl is only about fruit wines…
Baby, we can get busy with the grapes too.
Fruit wines give us the freedom to play with bold flavors and unexpected combinations, but I also love creating wines inspired by classic wine styles.
That's where Bougie Blanc, our Chardonnay-inspired wine, and Velvet Noir, our Pinot Noir-inspired wine, come into play.
Then there's Wicked Curves, our Merlot-style inspired small-batch wine.
She's giving classic wine inspiration with a Hoochie Girl attitude.
And then we have Sweet Voluptuous, our Sweet Red Wine.
Sweet Voluptuous is a Hoochie Girl original inspired by Concord grapes and a Pinot blend.
And let me make one thing clear:
These aren't somebody else's wines.
They're Hoochie Girl wines.
I take inspiration from grapes, flavors, and wine styles that I love, but I put my own creativity, vision, and personality into every blend.
We're not trying to duplicate what's already out there.
We're creating our own lane.
The Beauty of Small-Batch Wine
There's something special about creating wine in small batches.
It gives me the opportunity to experiment, taste, adjust, and really pay attention to what I'm creating.
Every flavor doesn't have to be the same.
Every wine doesn't have to fit into the traditional wine world.
And every bottle doesn't have to appeal to everybody.
That's okay.
Because Hoochie Girl Wines is about finding your bottle.
The one that fits your mood.
The one that matches your personality.
The one you bring out when you want to make a moment feel a little more special.
From Homemade Recipes to Hoochie Girl Wines
What started with my father's homemade recipes became the inspiration for something completely my own.
I'm taking that spirit of creating something from scratch and turning it into wines that people can enjoy, share, talk about, and remember.
That's what makes this journey so meaningful to me.
My father's recipes inspired the beginning.
Hoochie Girl is my expression of where that inspiration can go.
And I’m still creating.
Still experimenting.
Still tasting.
Still learning.
Still dreaming up the next bottle.
